Our Chef

Our Chef

personal chef and waiter...

This is Fernando, our villa chef. He is available to provide amazing food on special occasions for all your guests. Alfonso, our villa waiter is a qualified sommelier and a cigar expert. Prices for a multi-course Spanish sampling menu are very reasonable. It varies according to the choice and quantity of dishes but is generally the price of a good steak per head and that includes waiting staff. After the meal, take Alfonso up to the private bar where he is an excellent barkeeper while the rest of the staff tidy up the kitchen and dining areas.
Expensive ?

Expensive ?

depends on how you look at it!

At our lowest rate - Silverfield Villa, when fully occupied, costs around £35 per person per night. By taking advantage of our current special offer that price reduces to less than £30. That's less than a cheap hotel for one of the finest properties in Spain! Larger families are often forced to book expensive suites or extra rooms in hotels to accommodate their children - our bunk rooms offer a great alternative - and the kids love them!
Transport

Transport

for small or large groups!

We have an arrangement with a local transport company to provide services to our guests at excellent rates. For small groups (up to 4), the cars are Mercedes S class, for medium groups (up to 7) they provide Mercedes Viano vans and for larger groups buses like the one shown which can seat up to 24 with room for luggage. All vehicles are very new and in excellent condition. The drivers are smartly dressed and will come into the airport with name cards to help with baggage when doing airport transfers.
